David Freund In 1978 he received a National Endowment for the Arts grant to explore the culture, landscape, and architecture of gas stations nationwide. His work has been exhibited at Light Gallery in Manhattan and the George Eastman House in Rochester, New York, and is held in the collections of MoMA, the Corcoran Gallery of Art, and the Museum of Fine Arts in Houston.
